Aletheia Labs LLC (“Aletheia Labs”, “we”) operates this website and is responsible for personal information collected through it. Aletheia Labs is a Kentucky limited liability company with its principal office at 3044 Breckenridge Ln Ste 102, Louisville, KY 40220.

This site has one point of data collection: the contact form. If you do not use it, no personal information is collected from you by this website, other than the technical request data described below.

When you submit the contact form we receive the information you type into it:

• Your name
• Your agency or company name, if you provide it
• Your email address
• The area of work and any solicitation or notice number you select or enter
• The description of your requirement

Like every website, the servers that deliver this site briefly process technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not run advertising or behavioral tracking.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors: requests are grouped using a hash that is discarded after 24 hours, and we see only aggregate figures such as page, referring site, country and device type.

Contact form details are used only to read and reply to your enquiry, and, if it leads to an engagement, to prepare a proposal or contract. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or use it for marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and our email:

• Vercel Inc. hosts and delivers this website and provides its cookieless page-view analytics.
• Zoho Corporation provides our email, which is how contact form messages reach us.

Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We will disclose information to authorities only where required by law or valid legal process.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, related correspondence is kept for as long as required by the contract and applicable federal or state record-keeping rules.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to our email is protected with multi-factor authentication and limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@aletheialabs.us. We will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, such as the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
